Fax a letter of credit with a minimum of 3 vendors, we prefer vendors with average account balances of $2,000 to $10,000.00. Bank account #s are not needed and revolving store cards and shipping companies like UPS and FedEx are not acceptable.

About 75% of our molded products are shipped within 24-72 hours. Cases with custom foam inserts usually ship in 2 – 4 weeks. Custom fabricated cases generally ship in 2 – 3 weeks.

Yes. Good old WD-40 is a great cleaner, then use a glass cleaner to remove the WD if you need to adhere labels again.

Just tell us the manufacturer and we can send you the latches, or you can send the cases back for repair.

Give us the dimensions of the case without foam interior and the dimensions of the item(s) going into the case and we will give you a quote. This can save you a great deal of money.

Yes, our manufacturers can repair the cases. Repairing cases is much less expensive than buying new cases.

Shipping cases that meet the ATA standard give you the best protection. The Air Transportation Association (ATA) Specification 300, category 1, sets ridge standards for shipping case construction, one of which is recessed hardware or bumper protected hardware. To meet these specifications manufactures must submit their cases to an independent testing laboratory for rigorous testing.

If you are the only person using the cases key-locks are great, if they have multiple users it can become more difficult to keep the keys distributed. Combination locks are more convenient, but typically not of the best quality. Combination padlocks are strong, but can get ripped off as during transit. Honestly one of the best solutions is a good old zip-tie through the butterfly holes in the latch. Any lock can be easily broken by a crook and the jimmying of the latch renders it unusable, zip-ties works great and keep the looky-loos out.

Most manufactures offer a warranty of 1 year parts and labor on their craftsmanship. Please keep in mind that it is extremely rare that we have warranty repairs, most cases get repaired because of the damaged caused by the shipping company’s gorillas and sorting equipment.
