What Ordering Options Do I Have?
Please call to discuss you case requirements, and we can take your order over the phone. Faxing your order ensures shipping and billing accuracy. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Procards, IMPAC cards and American Express.
How do I set up an account?
Fax a letter of credit with a minimum of 3 vendors, we prefer vendors with average account balances of $2,000 to $10,000.00. Bank account #s are not needed and revolving store cards and shipping companies like UPS and FedEx are not acceptable.
When can I expect my cases to be shipped?
About 75% of our molded products are shipped within 24 hours. If there is foam customizing required, the cases most likely will ship within 4 - 6days. Custom fabricated cases depending on the manufacture have a window of 4 days to 3 weeks.
Can the label and tape adhesives be easily cleaned off my cases?
Yes. Good old WD-40 is a great cleaner, then use a glass cleaner to remove the WD if you need to adhere labels again.
My molded cases have broken latches, can they be replaced?
Just tell us the manufacturer and we can send you the latches, or you can send the cases back for repair.
I bought cases a couple of years ago for specific equipment that I no longer have, can the interior be reconfigured?
Give us the dimensions of the case without foam interior and the dimensions of the item(s) going into the case and we will give you a quote. This can save you a great deal of money.
I have fabricated cases (Anvil style) that have holes punched in the sides and corners that are damaged can they be repaired?
Yes, very easily, our manufacturers can repair the cases. Repairing cases is much less expensive than buying new cases.
Why Buy an ATA Case?
Shipping cases that meet the ATA standard give you the best protection. The Air Transportation Association (ATA) Specification 300, category 1, sets ridge standards for shipping case construction, one of which is recessed hardware or bumper protected hardware. To meet these specifications manufactures must submit their cases to an independent testing laboratory for rigorous testing.
Should I order my cases with a lockable option?
If you are the only person using the cases key-locks are great, if they have multiple users it can become more difficult to keep the keys distributed. Combination locks are more convenient, but typically not of the best quality. Combination padlocks are strong, but can get ripped off as during transit. Honestly one of the best solutions is a good old zip-tie through the butterfly holes in the latch. Any lock can be easily broken by a crook and the jimmying of the latch renders it unusable, zip-ties works great and keep the looky-loos out.
Do the case manufacturers offer warranties?
Most manufactures offer a warranty of 1 year parts and labor on their craftsmanship. Please keep in mind that it is extremely rare that we have warranty repairs, most cases get repaired because of the damaged caused by the shipping company's gorillas and sorting equipment.

All products are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Some manufacturers offer more extensive warranties. At its option, Caseman, Inc. will repair or replace the defective product. Caseman, Inc. is not responsible for carrier (UPS etc.) or incidental damages
What is Caseman's Return Policy?
RETURNS: All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Caseman Inc. A 25% restocking charge will be applied to non customized molded products, unless the return is warranty related or because of a Caseman error. Special order items (i.e. custom fabricated cases) or modified items are non-refundable. Returns shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. All returns must be properly packaged and clearly marked with the RA#, the customer is responsible for merchandise damaged as a result of improper packaging. All shipments back to Caseman, Inc. will be ground, unless authorized by Caseman.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued after inspection of goods and proof of purchase.
